The staff here were friendly all day long, and the place was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed.

Excellent location close to city centre. Very quiet and clean appartments, secure parking (off road, behind a gated door).

It's not luxury, but is excellent value for money. Very small kitchen facilities (wouldn't fancy cooking a full meal in it!) but we booked it to use as a hotel not self-catering, so it wasn't a problem.

the room was spotless and warm with all amenities. location: the hotel was very close to a grocery store, train station, mumm champagne cellar, and bus stop and the center. spent our evenings in nearby tresors de champagne enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

This venue is fantastic as it's conveniently situated near top tourist spots, dining places, grocery stores, the train station, a famous Champagne cellar.

It was a quiet apart hotel no disturbances very different from most we've stayed at. The receptionist was friendly but neither was he rude very professional, there's nothing like starting our visits with a friendly smile. Room was clean and spacious. It was our moneys worth.

The bedspread was wet and they took it to replace, we left and still had no bedspread. The TV in one room wasn't working but they came up immediately and fixed it. The side cover of the bathtub kept falling and I even bruised my foot once. Internet was very restricted so there were lots of sites we couldn't access.

Strange layout of the apartment, with the only access to the bathroom via the bedroom, not ideal for a group of friends. No couch.

The apartment is pretty much opposite the champagne house of 'Mumm' and is in a great location for visiting Reims. Large 'Carrefour' close by - great for self-catering apartment. We wanted an apartment as we had a small baby.

The rooms were dark: kitchen/lounge had a glass door which we covered for privacy, the bedroom one window and none in the en suite bathroom. It felt quite lonely and isolated in the apartment complex.
